• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the sales team.
• Master and follow all training materials, including inbound sales call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks), to accurately answer all guest questions.
• Keep current with sales specials, all direct mail pieces, and notices from the manufacturer.
• Work flexible hours, including all available store hours and weekends.
• Be punctual to work and return from lunch and break with full adherence to the set schedule.
• Follow the "Client Care Center Policies and Procedures" manual.

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to learn and grow, and an overwhelming desire for success and the opportunity to earn more money.
