Solar Sales Associate

Solgrid is a Massachusetts based solar, roofing, and HVAC installer helping homeowners go solar with $0 down and no hidden markups. Founded in 2019 and based in the Boston area, we handle the entire process in-house sales, permitting, installation, and support, so customers work directly with our team instead of getting passed between subcontractors.

Every install is backed by a 25-year warranty, and every new hire gets real, structured training.

Role Description:

• As a Sales Associate at Solgrid, you'll talk directly with Massachusetts homeowners about whether solar makes sense for their house real numbers, no pressure tactics.
• Day to day: field inbound interest, run consultations, walk homeowners through our $0-down financing options, and hand off qualified deals to our operations team for install.
• You'll keep your own pipeline organized, but this is a talk-to-people role first.
• Compensation: 100K - 300K

Qualifications:

• No solar experience required, we'll train you on the product and process
• Comfortable having sales conversations by phone, video, or in person
• Genuinely good at listening before pitching-homeowners can tell the difference
• Organized enough to manage your own pipeline without daily check-ins
• Comfortable with basic CRM/scheduling tools, or a fast learner
