Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production and office areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access points and credential requirements, verify visitor authorization, and document entries and exits;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership and supervision
