Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd activity during events
- Enforce event rules and regulations
- Conduct bag checks or screenings as required
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
- Provide clear directions and assistance to guests
- Work closely with event staff and law enforcement as needed
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior security or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and observation skills
- Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedule
