Aggregate Plant Maintenance Technician & Equipment Operator

As a plant maintenance technician, you will support our aggregate and crushing operations by performing preventive maintenance as well as repairs to equipment. This job also includes some heavy equipment operation, such as a loader.

• Equipment Operation:
  Run plant machinery, including conveyors, screens, and crushers. Monitor plant operations.
• Maintenance & Repair:
  Grease parts, clear material jams, perform welding and fabrication, fix broken equipment
• Safety Checks:
  Routinely complete inspections of the work area and machinery
• Follow all company safety policies, MSHA regulations and environmental requirements.

• Comfort climbing ladders and working around heavy industrial machinery
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, welding, and equipment troubleshooting
• A strong commitment to following safety rules

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain throughout the day
• Ability to enter and exit heavy equipment throughout the day
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment

• Valid driver's license
• DOT Certificate
