This position will be located ONSITE at our Westford, MA facility, relocation assistance is not available for this role.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure security, quality, and operational practices are consistently applied.
• Integrate and validate software in an Agile development environment.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Ensure adherence to Raytheon development processes, security requirements, and industry best practices.
• Participate in program team meetings, peer reviews, technical reviews, and formal reviews.
• Write and review formal test plans and test reports for software verification.

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience with systems integration and test for software products in an Agile environment, including regression testing, test scripting, and/or test automation.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Experience preparing and conducting audits with customers.
• Experience working in CI/CD environment.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python.
• Experience participating in code reviews.
• Knowledge of hardware-software integration in real-time embedded systems.
• Familiarity with Docker and virtualized environments.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crucible, Coverity.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience working with ISO
  9000/AS9100.

Location - WESTFORD, MA ONSITE

Salary: 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
