Part-time delivery driver for a busy floral shop in Westford MA

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport floral arrangements to customers
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
• Load and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment
• Adhere to delivery schedules and routes provided by the store staff
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and by company policies
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents as needed
• Assist with various duties in the store, such as processing flowers, sweeping floor, putting trash out, and helping with arranging supplies and merchandise as needed. Other tasks may be assigned to fit the store s needs.

• Working smartphone for delivery routing system
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform some lifting
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Good time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording delivery information
• Team player with a great work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to walk, drive, stand, hold.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour plus tips

Expected hours: 12-15 on average per week, hours will go up around major holidays or events. M-F hours are usually starting at 11 AM and usually done by 1-2 PM, though these hours can vary.

• Holidays
• Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday deliveries, if available.
• Some weekends as needed but based on your availability
