Exciting Opportunity:
Independent Warehouse Associate
- Pay Rate: $20/hr – $22/hr
- Location:
Starts in Lexington, MA; moves to a brand-new facility in Westford, MA on June 1 - Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM - Duration: 6-month contract with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent role
- Independence:
Highly independent role—you will often be the primary person managing the building - Equipment:
No forklift experience required
Your responsibility will be to keep operations running smoothly as the heartbeat of the warehouse, ensuring that everything from receiving to shipping is handled with care and precision.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of warehouse operations. Your daily tasks will include:
- Inventory Management:
Performing cycle counts, tracking stock levels, and organizing the warehouse to peak efficiency. - Shipping & Receiving:
Managing product receiving, order pulling, packaging, and same‑day shipping. - Order Processing:
Creating sales orders, prepping repair orders, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. - Communication:
Interacting with internal teams like Project Managers and Technicians to coordinate logistics.
