As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Lead (Finance & Operations), you will own the functional leadership of the D365 F&O ERP, ensuring financial and operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business strategy
.
You will act as the key bridge between Finance, Operations, and IT
, driving adoption, process optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead Fin Ops initiatives and manage related projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Own functional processes across PO, AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets
- Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end financial processes
- Document and maintain Fin Ops processes and system mappings
- Drive process improvements and change management initiatives
- Standardize business practices using Dynamics 365 F&O best practices
- Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams
- Lead workshops and meetings with key users, SMEs, and functional leaders
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions
- Support month-end close activities
, including accruals and reconciliations - Assist Operations with monthly P&L reviews and variance analysis
- Monitor daily financial operations and ongoing initiatives
- Lead system enhancements, updates, and testing efforts
- Maintain functional documentation using Task Recorder and RSAT
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance-related processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong functional leadership and process-oriented mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and account reconciliation capabilities
- Experience with Task Recorder, RSAT, Logic Apps
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications 📜
