DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Intern (Bilingual Spanish/English) to support our Corporate Accounting team during Summer 2026
. This role is within the corporate finance function and will focus on supporting accounting activities for the Latin America (LATAM) region
.
The intern will gain hands-on experience in multinational accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-border collaboration in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for LATAM entities
- Assist with preparation and review of account reconciliations and financial schedules
- Track project costs, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions
- Support revenue and expense analysis in accordance with company accounting policies
- Assist with audit support, internal controls documentation, and compliance requests
- Partner with regional finance teams to resolve accounting inquiries
- Translate and communicate accounting-related information in Spanish and English
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Sophomore or Junior standing preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multinational environment
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
