The OpportunityAs a Tax Senior Associate, you'll work closely with managers, directors, and partners while helping clients navigate increasingly complex tax matters and planning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Tax Compliance & Preparation- Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and S-Corporation tax returns
- Analyze financial information and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Develop a strong understanding of tax laws and compliance requirements
- Conduct tax research and technical analysis
- Assist with tax planning projects and advisory engagements
- Research complex tax issues and communicate findings effectively
- Help identify opportunities to reduce client tax liabilities and improve tax efficiency
- Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding tax matters
- Support year-round advisory and planning initiatives
- Deliver exceptional responsiveness and client service
- Supervise and mentor junior tax associates
- Review work and provide constructive feedback
- Lead selected projects and engagement assignments
- Build the leadership skills necessary for future advancement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of public accounting experience (internship experience considered)
- Strong tax preparation experience
