Position: Tax Manager –CPA | Future Partner Opportunity (4 Yrs Accounting & Tax Exp Required)

Pinnacle Accounting, Inc. is a growing accounting and advisory firm serving successful small businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals.

We are looking for an experienced CPA who wants more than a traditional accounting role
. This position offers a long-term path toward firm leadership and potential equity partnership
.

You’ll work directly with the firm’s owner while taking on increasing responsibility for clients, tax and accounting engagements, advisory services, staff leadership, and business development.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Review partnership, S-corporation, and C-corporation returns
Provide tax planning and business advisory services
Manage and grow client relationships
Work directly with business owners
Review accounting and tax work
Mentor and develop staff
Identify new business opportunities
Participate in firm growth and strategic decisions

Our goal is to develop this role into a future leadership and equity partnership position
.

As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to build a book of business, lead client engagements, manage staff, develop new clients, and become a key leader within the firm.

Partnership consideration will be based on performance, leadership, client development, and contribution to firm growth.

Qualifications

Required:

Active CPA license
4+ years of accounting and/or tax experience
Strong U.S. tax knowledge
Experience with individual and business tax returns
Strong knowledge of partnerships and S-corporations
Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred:

Public accounting experience
Tax planning experience
Staff leadership or mentoring experience

Total compensation including base salary and performance bonuses: $80,000–$120,000
.
