Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate is an experienced automotive professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the service department, including technicians, advisors, and support staff
- Drive service revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Monitor and manage departmental KPIs, productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop service team members
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and proactively resolve concerns
- Oversee warranty administration and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing work environment
- Minimum 2+ years of Service Experience required (Previous managerial experience not required)
- Strong knowledge of dealership service operations, warranty processes, and fixed operations performance metrics
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and drive department profitability
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
