Overview

Job Description As this is a hybrid role, working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio.

Our Field Management Organization is looking for an Operations and Systems Analyst to drive operational excellence through data integrity, system optimization, and process improvement. This role manages CRM and reporting systems, supports field structure and resource deployment, and ensures seamless system integration and performance. Acting as a liaison between Field, Sales Operations, and Information Technology teams, the position strengthens operational alignment and execution across both internal and third-party distribution.

The analyst also leads cross-functional projects, manages master data, and enhances field deployment strategies to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Involvement and leadership of projects and initiatives that enable the Field Management Organization to effectively lead and service our retail customers.
  • Process documentation and planning to ensure business continuity should issues arise.
  • Review and analysis of key data points in partnership with third-party vendors and field management leadership to drive improved processes for field execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and system capabilities
  • Manage FMO territory structure, realignments, customer integrations, and resource deployment
  • Administer CRM application and data infrastructure, supporting both upstream and downstream systems
  • Liaise with Information Technology for data and application issues (AG2GO, MyTeam, Power BI, AGConnect); manage escalations and fixes
  • Oversee third-party distribution and execution strategies and coordinate with Sales Operations
  • Partner with Field Execution Support on Installation Supervisor deployment strategies
  • Resolve system and data issues; ensure data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Serve as FMO reporting subject matter expert
  • Conduct master data audits and ensure governance compliance
  • Identify and apply new tools and methods to enhance Field Operations
  • Lead cross-functional projects and drive efficiency initiatives
  • Collaborate with the FMO Scheduling Analyst to streamline scheduling processes
  • Manage communications and reporting for key projects and deliverables
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests
Allocation of Time Spent

30% - FMO organizational alignment strategy and maintenance

30% - Master data and system issue resolution

20% - CRM (and other system) master data processes

20% - Data Analysis execution, maintenance and delivery

Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience
  • Demonstrated success redesigning core business processes and driving change in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience in SQL and database management preferred
  • CRM or other related software administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Access, Power

    BI); able to quickly learn new software and tools
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis and application of statistical techniques
  • Able to make data-driven decisions, adjust processes, and clearly communicate impacts to all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with high attention to detail
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Project management capabilities and experience leading teams or initiatives through influence
  • Excellent communication (listening, written, verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-up abilities

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field
