We are in search of an experienced F&I Director or F&I Manager that has strong work ethics, sales acumen, and high attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate must possess the ability and skillset necessary to work in a fast-paced F&I department.
Responsibilities- Supply customers with a consistent and compliant F&I experience.
- Present consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner.
- Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner.
- Track contracts in transit and secure funding in a timely manner.
- Provide great customer service and communication skills.
- Continuously learn and grow.
- Be available to work Saturdays as needed.
