What you´ll do- The Strategic Project Manager – Business Transformation & Strategic Initiatives will lead high‑impact projects that support growth, transformation, performance improvement, and strategic execution across Henkel ACA.
- This role will provide project leadership for cross‑functional initiatives such as PLRs, transformation programs, new technology, process improvement, BI/reporting, change management, and selected M&A‑related work.
- Working closely with senior leaders and functional teams, this individual will bring structure, governance, and accountability to complex initiatives, helping translate business priorities into clear plans, execution, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross‑functional projects tied to Henkel ACA strategy, transformation, growth, and performance priorities.
- Translate complex business needs into clear project plans, timelines, owners, milestones, and success measures.
- Support transformation, PLR/category, commercial, technology, BI/reporting, process improvement, and change initiatives.
- Coordinate inputs across key functions, including Commercial, Category, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, IT, and other teams.
- Establish project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue tracking, decision logs, and escalation paths.
- Track progress, dependencies, adoption, benefits, and business outcomes.
- Prepare executive updates, recommendations, and decision‑support materials.
- Facilitate alignment across senior leaders, project sponsors, and functional teams.
- Support selected M&A, integration, partnership, or growth‑related initiatives as needed.
