Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Communicate with customers to identify their needs
  • Process quotes and orders
  • Manage order fulfillment
  • Support content across social media platforms
  • Maintain a clean office environment and assist with office operations
  • Run product quality checks
  • Load/unload warehouse shipments
  • Provide helpful solutions to ensure excellent customer experiences

You will support four business units: Schabel Tech, Spex Crete, Spex Lite, and Spex Lite Shooting Bag Fill, offering variety in your daily tasks. The ideal candidate is:

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up with existing customers to grow business
  • Identify and call new prospects
  • Gather customer reviews, photos, and referrals
  • Handle incoming calls, provide solutions, and document interactions
  • Use scripts for customer service topics
  • Make at least 30 customer calls daily
  • Process orders and shipments
  • Conduct product quality assurance tests
  • Visit customers and suppliers as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or office roles preferred
  • Comfortable with computers and customer management software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize
  • Capable of documenting customer interactions accurately
  • Strong numerical skills
