Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Communicate with customers to identify their needs
- Process quotes and orders
- Manage order fulfillment
- Support content across social media platforms
- Maintain a clean office environment and assist with office operations
- Run product quality checks
- Load/unload warehouse shipments
- Provide helpful solutions to ensure excellent customer experiences
You will support four business units: Schabel Tech, Spex Crete, Spex Lite, and Spex Lite Shooting Bag Fill, offering variety in your daily tasks. The ideal candidate is:

- Good with numbers and proficient with computers
- Coachable, eager to learn, and willing to help others
Responsibilities:
- Follow-up with existing customers to grow business
- Identify and call new prospects
- Gather customer reviews, photos, and referrals
- Handle incoming calls, provide solutions, and document interactions
- Use scripts for customer service topics
- Make at least 30 customer calls daily
- Process orders and shipments
- Conduct product quality assurance tests
- Visit customers and suppliers as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or office roles preferred
- Comfortable with computers and customer management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly organized and able to prioritize
- Capable of documenting customer interactions accurately
- Strong numerical skills
