Job Description
This temporary-to-hire position offers a $20 per hour rate for a Customer Support Representative. Responsibilities include answering phones and emails, entering data into the ERP system, handling customer inquiries, tracking orders, and performing other duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Job Requirements- At least 5 years of customer service experience
- Computer literate with accurate data entry and Excel skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, follow‑up, and telephone skills
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
