Job Summary

Join Clear Choice Dental Implant Centers as a Dental Assistant. In this role you will support life‑changing implant procedures and provide patients with world‑class care.

Job Type: Full‑time|Salary: $24 – $28 per hour (based on experience and certification)

• Work directly with the Prosthodontist and Oral Surgeons to assist in advanced dental procedures, particularly dental implant treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards.
• Provide chair‑side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organized.
• Make patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
• Take dental x‑rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging.
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations.
• Educate patients on post‑operative care and general oral hygiene.
• Support the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and record‑keeping.
• Perform office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, receiving patients, maintaining records, and ordering supplies.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff, including oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants to ensure exceptional care.
• Assist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics.

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dental assisting role.
• Prior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirable.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology.
