School Age Childcare Instructor for Project Link
Locations:
Westlake Elementary and Dover Intermediate Schools
Hours:
2:15 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Hourly Rate: $14.00 per hour
General Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct children ages 5-14 in school age care program.
* Ability to perform physical labor at times, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications:
Required:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
* Coursework or degree in education, recreation, human services, or related field; (Non-related Coursework or degrees or commensurate professional experience are accepted with one year of full time work experience with school age children in a group setting.)
* Experience in working with children.
* Positive communication, interaction and work experience with diverse people.
* Experience working with children with special needs.
