The Facilitator plays a crucial role in guiding groups through structured learning, decision-making, and problem-solving processes. This role is essential in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where all participants feel engaged and motivated to achieve desired outcomes. The Facilitator manages group dynamics, encourages active participation, and uses industry-standard techniques to meet objectives. This role also emphasizes internal stakeholder management and the production of localized content, delivered in a timely manner, to support continuous learning and development.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead Facilitation:
Design and lead structured training programs, workshops, and problem-solving sessions to achieve specific learning or organizational goals.

Guide Participants:
Use a variety of facilitation techniques to engage all participants, ensuring equal opportunities for contribution and promoting a collaborative atmosphere.

Manage Group Dynamics:
Monitor and address group interactions, including conflict resolution and mediation, to maintain a productive and positive environment.

Encourage Critical Thinking:
Promote open discussions that allow for the exploration of diverse ideas, constructive dialogue, and problem-solving.

Utilize Facilitation Tools:
Leverage digital platforms, interactive activities, and brainstorming methods to enhance participant engagement and learning effectiveness.

Provide Constructive Feedback:
Offer tailored, actionable feedback to participants, fostering continuous improvement and deeper understanding.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand learning needs, align content with business goals, and ensure effective communication.

Content Development:
Create and deliver localized and relevant content, utilizing a just-in-time approach to meet the evolving needs of the organization and enhance skill development.

Experience and

Education:

Required:

Proven experience in delivering presentations and leading group facilitation.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3+ years of experience in facilitation or training roles

Will require obtaining insurance license.

Preferred:

Familiarity with principles of adult learning and knowledge transfer.

Experience managing group dynamics and using virtual training tools effectively.

Skills and Abilities:

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication to engage diverse audiences.

Group Management and Leadership:
Ability to lead and manage discussions, ensuring active and balanced participation.

Facilitation Techniques:
Proficiency in employing a variety of facilitation methods to achieve outcomes.

Strong project management skills for organizing workshops and managing timelines.

Capable of fostering environments where complex problems are approached with creativity and critical analysis.

Skillful in identifying and mediating conflicts to maintain group harmony.

Flexibility and Adaptability:
Quick to adapt facilitation methods based on group needs and evolving objectives.

Skills:

Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of sessions and provide recommendations for improvement.

Internal Stakeholder Management:
Experience collaborating with teams to align facilitation goals with broader organizational strategies.
