Ambassadors serve as the first level of contact with the community and students, providing professional assistance to support student success.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist students, faculty/staff, and community members at on-campus information desks.
• Support students during peak periods, including helping with My Tri-C Space.
• Provide campus tours and participate in orientations, school visits, community outreach, and campus events.
• Assist with on-campus and off-campus events such as open houses, NSO, college fairs, and high school visits.
• Participate in leadership programs and attend student success workshops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Completed at least 6 credit hours at Tri-C and maintain 6 credit hours each semester.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5 and satisfactory academic progress.
• Background and drug screening cleared.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Outstanding customer service, reliability, effective leadership, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on campus.
