About the OpportunityAs a Sr. Manager, Wealth Advisor within Schwab Wealth Advisory (SWA), you will join a premier fee‑based investment advisory solution, delivering an exceptional fiduciary client experience. You will use a vast array of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, option trading) to help clients manage complex portfolios and achieve their goals. You will deepen relationships with partners, mentor junior team members, and grow within an experienced, collaborative team.
Required Qualifications- CFP® designation or CFA® designation
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license (may be obtained with a 120‑day condition of employment)
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 license (may be obtained with a 120‑day condition of employment)
- Five or more years of advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients.
- Five or more years working directly with clients in the financial services industry highly preferred
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
