Position OverviewKinetic Wealth is seeking a detail‑oriented and client‑focused Client Service Associate to support our advisors and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
This role combines client service, operational support, and administrative coordination within a wealth management environment. The ideal candidate has experience working in a financial services firm and understands the processes involved in client onboarding, account servicing, and advisor support. Applicants should have prior experience working in a financial advisory, wealth management, brokerage, or banking environment.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Respond to client service requests and assist with account‑related inquiries.
- Help onboard new clients and prepare account opening paperwork.
- Coordinate account transfers, distributions, and other service requests.
- Schedule client meetings and prepare meeting materials for advisors.
- Maintain accurate client information in the firm’s CRM system.
- Communicate with custodian to complete account requests.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
- Track follow‑ups and ensure client service tasks are completed promptly.
- Maintain organized client records and documentation.
- At least 3 years of experience working in financial services (RIA, wealth management firm, broker‑dealer, or bank).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional and client‑service‑oriented mindset.
- Experience working in a wealth management or financial planning firm.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms such as LPL Financial Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing.
- Experience using a CRM system (Redtail, Wealthbox, Salesforce, etc.).
- Salary range: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience.
