Come join our Finance team onsite in Westlake, Ohio as a Senior Financial Analyst!
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, operational analysis, forecasting, and executive reporting across our expanding platform. In this role, you will develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and align focus on key metrics.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design and develop key financial models to provide accurate and timely insights and recommendations to executive leadership, including sales, profits and working capital.
- Coordinate and participate in designing, testing, implementing, and reviewing complex manual and automated financial and accounting systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and drive focus on key metrics.
- Prepare financial analysis and partner with key stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues and make sound business decisions. Assist in preparing and organizing monthly regional business review meetings.
- Conduct financial analysis against large data sets - using a variety of tools and techniques - to support clearly articulated reporting and conclusions. Support ad hoc reporting requests.
- Participate in staff and individual meetings to support effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive cooperation strategies within the department and across other departments such as Sales, Operations, and Human Resources.
- Assists in planning and preparation for the company’s annual planning process.
- Develop and maintain a financial reporting template library.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to simply complex financial information into actionable business insights
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, intellectually curious, and motivated to support our continued growth
- This is an onsite position
- Occasional travel may be required
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of finance, economics, accounting, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Prefer investment banking or large company experience
- Expert level experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Experience in use of financial accounting systems and reporting packages
