Rebates Specialist

Position Summary

The Rebate Specialist is primarily responsible for managing rebate relationships.

• Manage the rebate process for efficiency of rebate-related tasks.
• Submit rebate requests and renewals to principals as initiated by Sales Advocates, including updates of Sage X3 and internal communication.
• Perform regular rebate audits to ensure timely and accurate information in Sage X3.
• Review and make corrections to invoices using the credit/rebill function (e.g., rebates, freight, cost, inventory adjustments).
• Create and submit month‑end rebate reporting to principals and reconcile credit memos.
• Assist Accounting team members as necessary to assure all month‑end activities are completed per PH policy.
• Ensure all documents are saved per PH policy.
• Provide backup to other pricing team members when necessary.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Education: Associate Degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role.

Knowledge and

Skills:

• Intermediate level of expertise in MS Office, especially Excel, and Contact Management Software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain professional conduct that exemplifies corporate policies when interacting with internal and external customers.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Detail‑oriented with strong, accurate clerical skills.
• Proficient at multi‑tasking.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Highly motivated.

• Satisfactory motor skills relevant to the position.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
