* Prepare monthly financial statement analyses
* Prepare ad hoc analyses to support management decision making, including proactively identifying and delivering key insights to financial performance
* Assist in the preparation of quarterly SEC filings, including preparation of supporting schedules, analyses, external documentation, and audit requests
* Assist in the preparation of franchise financial statements
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to special projects designed to improve processes within the Accounting and Finance organization
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives and provide guidance
* Ensure accounting activities are completed with the highest level of control and integrity
* Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling potentially stressful situations, including managing competing priorities, change, tight deadlines, and conflict
