Treasury Management Specialist

• Identify and execute cross-sales across an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio
• Compile data for Treasury Management Sales Advisors
• Complete relationship reviews and pro-forma pricing analyses
• Handle client sales needs
• Manage a designated portion of an Advisor’s portfolio
• Conduct direct sales by telephone and individual or joint calls with advisors and Relationship partners
• Contribute to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities
• Independently manage workflow and role expectations with little oversight
• Proactively manage the portfolio and all risk-related and pricing activities
• Execute and accurately complete assigned special projects by expected deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent experience of five years in banking and/or Treasury in lieu of degree
• 1+ year of Treasury Management experience
• Preferred: three plus years of Treasury Management experience
• Preferred: one plus year of Commercial Banking experience
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goal expectations
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Salesforce software
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Demonstrates expertise in Treasury Management and Commercial Banking, with a strong focus on cross-sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue goals. Proficient in managing portfolios, conducting pricing analyses, and utilizing Salesforce and Microsoft Office to enhance sales performance.
