Civista Bank seeks a Healthcare Banking Program Manager to build and lead a specialized program serving medical and healthcare organizations. In this role, you will develop strategy, products, and client relationships that drive growth in deposits, lending, and treasury services. You'll collaborate with relationship managers, credit, and product teams to structure solutions, manage portfolio performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Civista's healthcare banking program, aligning services to the needs of medical and healthcare organizations.
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers, practices, and systems to drive deposit and lending growth.
- Design and refine products, pricing, and processes tailored to healthcare clients in collaboration with product and credit teams.
- Analyze portfolio performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities and manage risk.
- Partner with relationship managers and branch teams to support complex healthcare deals and cross-sell solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, credit policies, and internal controls within the healthcare portfolio.
- Create business plans, forecasts, and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Represent Civista in healthcare and community events to enhance brand presence and referral networks.
- Support implementation of technology and process enhancements that improve client experience.
- Mentor team members on healthcare sector dynamics, credit considerations, and relationship strategies.
