About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients. This includes performing facials and other aesthetic procedures. If you have a passion for skincare and beauty, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to help clients look and feel their best, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to: dermal fillers, lip flips, face lifts, Hydro Facials, IV therapy, and microneedling.Assess client's skin condition thoroughly & accurately, and recommend appropriate treatments.Provide excellent customer service by addressing client's concerns and aesthetic goals.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in skin care and aesthetics, while maintaining certification.Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products for at-home use.Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.Minimum Requirements
Must have 2 years minimum experience as an Esthetician, 3+ years preferred.Licensed Esthetician from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology.Knowledge of various aesthetic medical procedures, such as skin care analysis/assessments to identify problems and solutions.Familiarity with our skincare products and their benefits, i.e. Alastin, Skin Better, etc. brand product lines.Excellent customer service skills to recommend and sell a variety of skin treatments & products based on their specific needs.Strong attention-to-detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work a schedule that includes client sessions during evenings or weekends.About the Company
