BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for per diem home health visits in Western Cuyahoga County. The PT will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation services for adult and geriatric clients in Independent and Assisted Living communities.
Required:
Ohio PT license and at least one year of PT experience. EMR experience preferred; strong teamwork and independent work capability are essential. Per diem schedule with competitive compensation.
