Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties is looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who understand that showing up on time and consistently being there matters
—to our clients, their families, and our entire care team.

We have immediate openings for the following shifts:

• 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Additional shifts becoming available as we continue to grow

$16.00–$20.00 per hour
, based on experience, skills, and client needs, with premium pay opportunities for holidays, weekends, and evenings.

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Provide medication reminders and observe clients for changes
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, families, and office staff
• Accurately document care and report changes in a client’s condition

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proven reliability and punctuality are essential
• A compassionate, patient, and service-minded personality
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required
