This opportunity offers the chance to support a busy P&C function in a hybrid environment, contributing to onboarding, HRIS reporting, data accuracy, and administrative coordination. The role is well suited to candidates with strong Excel capability, attention to detail, and an interest in compliance-focused processes within a professional business setting. This position plays an important part in maintaining accurate employment documentation, supporting reporting activity, and helping ensure a smooth employee onboarding experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Capability to prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports, and memos
• Ability to respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional manner

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of one year working in a business or professional environment
• Experience working with Form I-9s and E-Verify
• Knowledge of Human Resources functions
