IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end release life cycles, Agile delivery processes, and change management activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile methodologies, along with proficiency in Jira and Service Now.

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Manage and drive Change Management (CM) processes, including submitting and tracking CM tickets within Service Now (Snow).
• Plan, schedule, and control software builds and deployments across multiple teams.
• Maintain release calendars and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Use data, metrics, and analytics to drive decision-making, delivery reporting, trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, including scope, objectives, design, and deliverables planning with stakeholders.
• Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks while ensuring roadmap alignment across products and initiatives.
• Define and track sprint goals, develop short- and long-term delivery plans, and manage capacity planning.
• Coordinate release planning, forecasting, and dependency management.
• Coach teams on Agile frameworks and best practices to improve delivery maturity.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end release life cycles.
• Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience using data-driven approaches for project management and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Jira and Jira Align.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong coaching abilities to mentor Agile practices across teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and build trust across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Jenkins, Git Hub/Git, and Grafana.
• Understanding of testing strategies and quality control.
