Processes new customer service contract orders and renewals. Responsible for verifying serial information for hardware and quantity requirements for new and existing contracts. Manages contract records in source application to ensure efficiency in service coverage for customers. Act as source for coverage verification regarding repairs by Tech Center and Onsite Contract Services.

Primary Functions:

  • Review and process new Customer Contract orders and renewals
  • Verify and apply hardware serial numbers to maintain accurate coverage records
  • Amend existing contracts for serial number exchanges when required
  • Create new customer accounts in source application for net new contracts
  • Manage source application records regarding hardware coverages
  • Review and process upcoming contract expirations for renewal opportunities
  • Research contract inquiries and resolve discrepancies in support requests
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email and in person with required individuals
  • Work with various departments including A/R, Procurement, Sales and Tech Center to review and resolve customer issues related to contract establishments
  • Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least two years’ experience in service or contract administrator role is required
  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills
  • Accuracy and extreme attention to detail are required to process contracts quickly and efficiently
  • Advanced analytical and research skills to resolve complex scenarios
  • Superior organization skills are required to coordinate all aspects of service contracts
  • Exceptional clerical skills, together with computing and data entry skills are required
  • Must have a working knowledge of standard office productivity software
  • Familiarity with Net Suite and/or Service Now preferred
