The Senior SEO & AEO Specialist is an established digital marketing professional with 1-3 years of hands‑on experience in search optimization. This role focuses on executing high‑impact SEO and AI‑driven AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies that improve visibility across traditional search engines and AI‑powered answer platforms.

This is a high‑performing specialist role for someone who is confident in core platforms and best practices but not yet operating at a people‑manager level. The role requires strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver measurable results across multiple partner accounts.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SEO, understands how AI is transforming search behavior, and is excited to implement modern optimization strategies across both search engines and answer engines.

• Execute SEO and AEO strategies that increase rankings, traffic, and qualified leads.
• Optimize websites for both:
  • Traditional search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
  • AI‑powered answer engines and generative search experiences.
• Manage local listings, review management, and on‑page optimization.
• Conduct keyword, intent, and entity research to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create, optimize, and publish content aligned with search and AI answer intent.
• Implement structured data, schema, and technical SEO best practices.
• Monitor performance using analytics and SEO tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility in featured snippets, AI summaries, and answer engines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement technical and content improvements.
• Track and report on KPIs tied to rankings, visibility, and lead generation.
• Continuously test new SEO and AI‑driven optimization techniques.
• Participate in learning, testing, and teaching (LTT) initiatives.

• Execute strategies with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Manage multiple partner accounts efficiently.
• Deliver measurable improvements in rankings, traffic, and lead generation.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams.

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on SEO experience in an agency or multi‑account environment.
• Proven success improving rankings, traffic, and leads.
• Experience with both technical SEO and content optimization.
• Working knowledge of AI search trends and answer engine optimization concepts.
