Business System Analystjobresponsibilitiesinclude :

• Responsiblefordataanalysisanddatatranslationbetweenproprietaryandstandardfileformats.
  
  Utilizessystemsanddatatoresolvebusinessissuesinthemosteffectiveandproductivemanner.

• Responsiblefordocumentingandimplementingthefunctionalrequirements,technicalspecificationsandtemplatedocumentationdesignsforclient’sbusinessneedswhileprovidingexpertiseinproductknowledgeandfeature/functionalityasitrelatestobusinessrequirements.

• Responsibleforreviewingcomplexdatafiles,creatingmappingdocuments,interpretingclientrequirementsandprovidingguidanceonbestpractices.

• Utilize
  
  SQLdatabasestoanalyzeinputs/outputsinordertoidentifycodingissuesand/orchangesneeded.

• Abilitytospeaktotheinternalbusinessproduct’stechnicalcapabilitieswhileunderstandingclientrequirementsinordertoprovidedirectionandguidancetobothexternalandinternalstakeholders.

• Actasaliaisonbetweenteams,responsibleforsystemenhancementanddefectsubmissionsandcorrectionconfirmationinconjunctionwiththe
  
  QATeam.
  
  Performvalidationsforallsystemdevelopment.

• Developandmaintaineffective,strongworkingrelationshipswithnewandexistingclients.

• Abilitytoeffectivelycommunicatewithclientsincludingexecutivelevelstakeholders,technicalandnon-technical resources.
  
  Musthavehighlevelofprofessionalpoiseandcomfortwithleadingdiscussionswithclientdecisionmakers,end-usersand
  
  IT professionals.

• Collaboratewithinternaldepartmentsincludinginformationtechnologytodeveloporenhanceexistingclientproductsincludingdocumentingbusinessrequirements,ensuringtechnologymeetsbusinessrequirements,conductvalidationprocesses,performtestinginconjunctionwiththe
  
  QATeam,andcreatingenduserdocumentationandtraining.

• Identifyandimplementopportunitiesforimprovementsandescalateissuesforresolutionasneeded.

• Musthavedemonstratedabilitytoaskquestionsofthebusiness,formulateactionplans,andexecuteanddeliversuccessfulprojectsindependentlyandofhighquality.

• Attimes,maymanagetheimplementationofnewpaymentdeliverytechnologyprojectsincludingdevelopingimplementationprojectplansappropriateforeachclient,incoordinationwiththe
  
  Project Management Team .Manageongoingstatusmeetingsandcommunicationwithclientstoensurethattheimplementationprojectismovingforwardinamannerconsistentwiththeprojectplan.
  
  Coordinatesresolutionofclientissuesandconcerns.

• Participateininternaldailystandupmeetings,relatedtotheprojectsyouareinvolvedin.

• Achievepropercadenceanddisciplineasrelatedtotheprojectteaminthe Software Development Lifecycle ;contributingdailythroughthe
  
  Agile Methodology

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+yearsofexperienceina
  
  Business,Data,orSystems
  
  Analystorrelatedrole.

• Workingknowledgeandexperiencewith
  
  SQLdatabasesrequired.
  
  Mustbeabletowrite
  
  SQL queries, and have worked with SSMS, joins, tables, and troubleshooting.

• 1+ year of experienceinpaymentprocessingsystems,payors/payees, hospitals or healthcare providers, insurance,claims, billing or revenue within the healthcare industry is required.

• Must have worked with Visio or related flow charts/diagrams, along with Azure Dev Ops or Jira.

• Experienceandknowledgeof Agile Methodologiessuchas KANBANandScrumispreferred.

• Excellentworkethic,leadership skills,interpersonalandorganizationalskills.

• Strong analysis,criticalthinkingandproblem-solving skills.

• Abilitytoworkeffectivelyinafastpaced,results-oriented environment.

• Abilitytoworkindependentlyinsolvingbusinessproblems.
