Senior Business Process Analyst – SAP GTS​/SD

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT partner to Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams
• Lead requirements gathering, process design, and functional solution architecture for SAP SD and GTS
• Drive global template standardization and business process harmonization
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
• Lead SAP enhancements, rollouts, and global deployments
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration initiatives
• Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support
• Diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5+ years of SAP SD experience
• 5+ years of SAP GTS experience (GTS Cloud experience preferred)
• Minimum of two full‑lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash and global trade compliance processes
• Experience working within a global template environment
• Hands‑on experience with system integrations (EDI, IDOC, API)
• Proven ability to lead business workshops and cross‑functional discussions
• Experience with SAP S/4

• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
• CRM integration experience
• Experience supporting global rollouts and localization
• SAP SD or SAP GTS certification
