Junior Systems Administrator

As a Junior Systems Administrator at Simvay, you’ll play a key part in keeping our client environments running smoothly. You’ll ensure employees have the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. Your troubleshooting skills and customer first mindset will directly shape the daily experience of every team member. When you work at Simvay you’ll never be a cog in the corporate machine.

• Customer Service – Deliver clear, friendly, and patient support to end users
• Problem Solving – Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 hardware, software, network, and end user issues, identify root causes, and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.
• User Account Management – Support onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and identity management tasks
• Endpoint Deployment – Assist with deploying new endpoints by imaging devices, installing required applications, and preparing systems for use
• Networking Support – Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues and escalate when appropriate
• Server Support – Assist in making minor configuration changes, managing permissions, and assisting other team members with routine changes

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A strong desire to continuously expand technical skills through hands‑on experience and self‑driven learning

• 1‑2 years of previous IT support experience
• Foundational understanding of enterprise networking (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
