Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a highly analytical, business-facing role focused on turning complex data into actionable insights that support eCommerce and consumer business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Leadership to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behavior insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.
• Use SQL to query and analyze data across large datasets.
• Support A/B testing, segmentation, performance analysis, and eCommerce analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with data warehouse teams on data requirements, quality, and reporting needs.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience.
• 5+ years with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar BI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience translating data into clear business recommendations.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to Have: eCommerce or consumer analytics, Google Analytics/web analytics, A/B testing, Alteryx, Python/R, customer behavior, or merchandising analytics.
