Lead and oversee commercial installation projects from start to finish. This role is highly field-focused and requires a strong leader who is comfortable managing crews, coordinating multiple job sites, and actively participating in the construction process to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, experienced problem solver, and skilled builder with deep knowledge of commercial jobsite operations.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage install crews and junior PMs
- Travel required; oversee multiple job sites and teams
- Strong field skills (laser levels, plumbing walls, working at heights, equipment use)
- Experienced with commercial jobsite processes and punch lists
- Confident leader, clear communicator, strong problem-solver
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or field leader on commercial projects
- Strong hands-on construction skills and comfort working in active jobsite environments
- Experience leading crews and mentoring junior team members
- Knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, and punch lists
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
