• Read and process customer and production orders.
• Pick and assemble accurate parts and quantities.
• Organize, label, and store inventory properly.
• Prepare and package orders for shipment.
• Update records and track orders in our system.
• Support shipping and warehouse teams as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

• Previous experience in order processing or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
