Position: Wellness Nurse Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Westlake, Ohio

Starting Wage: $31.50 - $39.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday 7pm – 7am

• Serve as superior supervisor, overseeing the building and guiding the Wellness team and other departments.
• Provide on-floor support, attending to call lights, assistance requests, and embodying a sense of urgency.
• Document resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
• Exemplify core values by delivering compassionate, professional care to residents.

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Provide direct hands‑on nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current care standards, regulations, and medication law.
• Knowledge of care and supervision appropriate for residents.
• Experience with memory‑impaired residents (preferred).
• Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day, lift and move up to 50 pounds, perform two‑person transfers, and assist residents after a fall.
• Ready to pass a criminal background check.
