Shift

Schedule:

Week 1 – Tuesday, Thursday, Friday;
Week 2 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00 p‑am to 7:00 a‑am.

Starting wage: $18.00–$24.75 per hour.

• Advocate of Empathy – understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer – discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
• Master of the Mise en Scène – set the stage for a successful day by preparing the dining room, library, and resident rooms for the resident’s experiences.
• Life Partner – partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory‑care neighborhoods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift or move items up to 50 pounds, and assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, or after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance.
