Position: CMA/MA-C $2k Sign On $21-$26.50 7pm-11pm (Part-Time)

Position:
Medication Partner – Part-Time

Location:

Westlake, Ohio

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000

Hourly Wage: $21.00–$26.50

Shift

Schedule:

Week 1 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday;
Week 2 – Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday 7 pm‑11 pm

Responsibilities
  • Advocate of Empathy:
    Understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Generous Gift Giver:
    Be present, share your talents, and be someone others can count on.
  • Engaged Egghead:
    Be curious, ask questions, and pursue development, growth, and training within the organization.
  • Proactive:
    Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Provide Physical Support:
    Assist residents with sit‑to‑stand movements and help after a fall.
Qualifications
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with a genuine love for residents.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Skill in assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Criminal background clearance required.
