University Hospitals - 29000 Center Ridge Road - Responsibilities:
Perform basic patient care tasks as delegated by the RN and assist in implementing the plan of care.;
Provide ADLs, vital signs, input/output, 12-lead ECG, bladder scan, hygiene, and venipuncture where applicable.;
Maintain patient records (written and/or electronic) and assist with unit communication and operations.;
Orient newly hired PCNAs and serve as a resource for onboarding and training new team members.;
Support stocking and ordering of supplies and ensure a safe environment on the unit.
