Nurse Practitioner. This role is not open to PAs or RNs. APRN license. Ohio, active at start date.

Westlake, Ohio. Fully onsite.

7 to 8 hour days, full time or part time.

Base plus productivity bonus.

An established medical spa in Westlake is hiring two nurse practitioners to join its injectable team. You would deliver neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, consult with clients on treatment planning, and build the long-term relationships that turn a single appointment into an ongoing aesthetic plan. This is a role where clinical skill and commercial instinct carry equal weight.

You would be joining an institution, not a startup. The practice has been operating for more than 33 years and describes itself as the largest day spa and medical spa in Ohio. The client base is established, the traffic is already there, and the brand does not need explaining to anyone in Northeast Ohio. The practice is growing and adding providers.

Two positions are open now, with more expected as the business expands. This is a build rather than a backfill. The service menu is broad, which matters for an injector. Alongside injectables, the spa offers body contouring, skin rejuvenation, massage, facials and full salon services. A client who comes in for filler has somewhere to go next, and you are the person who guides that conversation.

Your income scales with what you build. Base salary plus a productivity bonus. The stronger your consultations and the deeper your client relationships, the more you earn. The practice covers your licensure costs, and there is a formal onboarding program. The schedule works around you. Seven to eight hour days, full time or part time, with no on-call rotation of any kind.

• Administer neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with attention to facial anatomy, symmetry and natural-looking outcomes.
• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations, assessing client concerns and building individualized treatment plans.
• Guide clients through the full service menu, identifying complementary treatments that support their goals and expanding the treatment plan accordingly.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat appointments and referrals.
• Manage complications and adverse reactions appropriately, including bruising, asymmetry, vascular occlusion protocols and expectation management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and photographic records.
• Stay current with injectable products, techniques and industry developments.
• Work alongside aestheticians, massage therapists and salon staff to deliver a coordinated client experience.

• Active Ohio APRN license, or eligibility to obtain one before start.
• 3 to 5 years practising as a nurse practitioner.
• Time spent as an RN does not count toward this requirement.
• Extensive hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• This is not a role for someone new to injectables.
• Demonstrated sales ability.
• The practice is explicit that this is a core requirement rather than a preference.
• You need a track record of consulting clients into additional services and growing treatment plans over time.
• Comfort in a high-volume, consumer-facing environment where client experience drives repeat business.
• Strong communication skills and the presence to build trust quickly with a discerning clientele.
• Experience with additional aesthetic modalities such as body contouring, laser treatments, PRP, skin rejuvenation or medical weight loss.
• Prior work in a cash-pay or membership-based aesthetic setting.
• Training certifications from major injectable manufacturers.
