This is a full-time on-site Escrow Officer role based in Westlake, OH. The Escrow Officer will oversee and execute real estate escrow and closing procedures by preparing and reviewing documents, ensuring compliance with applicable state regulations, and coordinating with real estate professionals, lenders, buyers, and sellers. The role involves managing escrow accounts and payment disbursements, reviewing title documents, resolving title defects, and providing exceptional service to all involved parties.
The Escrow Officer will be a key point of contact to ensure a seamless and transparent closing process.
- Experience with closings, escrow processes, and handling residential real estate transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
- Knowledge of real estate documents and processes, especially in residential real estate
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in relevant legal documentation and escrow software is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Previous experience in title and escrow services is an advantage
