Altar'd State - - Responsibilities:
Lead and support the Store Leader to achieve store goals including guest service, sales objectives, operating expenses, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation;
Drive associate and guest engagement and provide exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge;
Oversee scheduling, back-of-house organization, inventory, loss prevention, and store operations to ensure smooth daily functions;
Train and develop associates, coach performance, and participate in hiring decisions as needed;
Ensure adherence to company standards and participate in opening/closing procedures and floor-set execution
