Showroom Experience Associate

Pay Range: $18 – $20 per hour

Granite Works Stone Design is seeking a friendly and dependable Showroom Experience Associate to support front desk operations and maintain a welcoming, organized showroom environment. This role is responsible for greeting clients, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and ensuring the showroom is clean, stocked, and presentation‑ready at all times.

• Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive first impression of the showroom
• Have clients sign in and notify the appropriate team member of their arrival
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom and front desk area
• Restock samples, materials, and showroom items as needed
• Assist with light administrative tasks and data entry
• Support the sales and production teams with basic coordination tasks
• Handle errands such as picking up flowers or showroom supplies
• Assist with general office tasks and help where needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support preferred
• Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable using phones and basic computer systems
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to help
